Hi i need help and i am worried a lot will some one help me please?

my problem is i have a hair fall my hair is dropping like hell when ever i take bath or comb my hair lot of my hair is falling i had a thick hair now it is become thine my husband when ever he see's my hair he shouts at me he is telling me to go to the doctor and check but i am not willing to go to the doctor i use parachute ayurvedic oil and himalaya protein shampoo for my hair pls tell me i am worried a lot
