My bf tells me everything about other girls?

I hate that my bf tells me everything even though i tell him not too. He would like say look what this girl sent me it would be a flirty text message he said i didnt reply but i want to be 100% honest with you. He also works with his ex who he hooked up with when we were sort of dating. He always would ask do you mind if we go out together on a night out. Im a very insecure person though and i always tell him please dont tell me these things id rather not know just go and have fun and enjoy yourself you dont got to ask me. I do trust him alot but i hate when he tells me things about other girls its not jealousy or anger its like a sad feeling i hope he still loves me feeling. How can i get him to stop telling me everything?
