Can i ask to be taken into care?

my home life isnt exactly the best, i dont get beaten up or anything but me and shaun (my dad) always fight and my perants marrage is on a thine thread at the moment and im getting blamed for it, i know its my fault, everyone tells me and i agree, i cause all the arguements and my mum just gets really upset, i was wondering if i can choose to go into care, i hate going home from school, and i just want to see my mum happy, and if i go, she will.. can i choose to go into care eventhough im not being abused??
