Would you agree that Saddam Hussein was more honest than Obama and Bush?

Saddam told the truth ten years ago when he said he got rid of his WMDs ten years ago (1991 or 1992). Bush lied and said he had them. Bush invaded Iraq. 4400 American troops died. No WMDs were found. Obama ran on the ideas of peace, change and hope. 2 years into his term, he invaded another country. Oh well, I probably have the Department of Homeland Security checking me out right now for this question thanks to Obama's extension of the patriot act.
